It all comes down to - motivation

This exercise caper is rubbish! I can't get motivated! I'll eat to meet my WW points, but for the life of me can't make myself go outside and walk. I run around like a mad chook at work, especially last night, surely thats movement enough?


I will do some sort of exercise by weigh in on Wednesday (or Thursday) - I MUST LOSE WEIGHT THIS WEEK!!


I hope shopping is good exercise, coz that's what I'll be doing today!

    I'm the opposite...I'm motivated to exercise intensely at the gym twice a week but I need to control my eating! Find something you enjoy doing...For me it's boxing and i'm about to try Zumba!

  3. It's not movement enough to run around at work. Exercise should be an activity you enjoy -- it can't be something you dread.

    I was surprised that even on my busiest days at work (where i felt I was running around like a chicken with its head cut off) that I wasn't burning many calories. Also, it didn't count as exercise because it didn't get my heart rate up.
