Impromptu crossfit workout tonight. I went for a PT session, but the trainer forgot (e thought I had only switched for 2 weeks, not 3. So I should be going for a PT session Thursday as well. Seeing as I was already there, I could do a crossfit workout with another girl and guy. Why not?!
10 push ups
10 sit ups
That was just the warm up!
100 single skips
100 mountain climbers
75 single skips
75 mountain climbers
50 single skips
50 mountain climber
Time for the actual workout!
50 push presses (20kg bar at your shoulders, squat and as you come up press into the air)
40 pull ups (i can't do these yet, so I used an elastic to help me)
30 thrusters (20kg bar at your shoulders, push into the air)
20 hollow rocks (like crunches, but rocking)
The actual work out took me 22:32.
