The Gym Sessions

Currently this is what I do at the gym:

Monday morning : crosstrainer, treadmill, bike and row machine. 45 mins. Or not.
Tuesday night : Body Pump
Wednesday : free!
Thursday morning : Body Balance
Friday morning : Body Pump
Saturday morning : Zumba
Sunday : free!
